  • Overview

    The Regional Marketing Coordinator will be an ambassador for Fast Pace Urgent Care and be responsible for generating community awareness about the clinics in their region by building and maintaining relationships, planning and attending events, and other marketing efforts. Core responsibilities for this position will include the enhancement of the brand in the region using marketing channels, new opportunities that develop for sponsorship by our brand, and development of leads that, in turn, drive traffic to clinics. Daily travel (company care provided) to assigned territory within the East Tennessee Region required. Typical hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (some weekends as needed).  This is a work from home position, when not traveling.

    Responsibilities

    Specific Functions:

     

    • Implement marketing campaigns in assigned region
    • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establish contacts; develop schedules and assignments
    • Attend various community and industry events
    • Generate and maintain relationships with our current Worker’s Compensations clients
    • Prepare quarterly regional competitive analysis for review with senior management
    • Communicate with other departments when needed to provide status updates of marketing initiatives and future plans
    • Visit businesses and schools in the assigned region to generate awareness
    • Maintain social media accounts for assigned region
    • Create and distributing promotional materials
    • Maintain inventory of promotional materials
    • Maintain CRM database
    • Champion marketing programs and initiatives through continuous communication with regional community channels
    • Nurture and develop lead generation with regional businesses
    • Order and manage inventory of promotional items
    • Other various responsibilities as assigned/required

    Qualifications

    Job Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
    • 1-year experience in marketing or related field
    • Experience using social media
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to provide writing samples
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Energetic and eager to manage multiple activities and priorities
    • Familiarity with Worker’s Compensation a plus
    • Business to business sales/marketing experience a plus
    • Familiarity with the region in which this position serves
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing a plus
    • Healthcare Marketing experience a plus!
