    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

     

     Provide overall leadership, day-to-day direction, and management oversight for all non-clinical operations

     Provide effective training, coaching and feedback. Create developmental or performance improvement plans as needed

     Participates in developing and ensuring implementation of improvement process required for overall performance and efficiency of individual clinics, region or company

     Solves problems effectively with an emphasis on developing proactive, productive approaches utilizing internal support functions

     Accountable for all non-clinical P&L performance of worksites

     Provides details for variances in data (productivity, service, labor, etc.); develops and carries out an action plan for improvement

     Identifies measurable performance standards to improve clinic performance

     Understands the site’s challenges and productively facilitates communication and involvement of other functional areas (HR, IT, etc.) and resolution
     Assists in developing, maintaining and monitoring compliance with Fast Pace Policies
     Manage staff schedules, approve timesheets and PTO requests
     Proactive resolution of issues that may arise
     Monitor staff utilization to measure resources and request additional staff when necessary
     Establish and maintain a collaborative working supervising physicians
     Arrange and lead the orientation and “boot camp training” of new clinic staff
     Provide on-going training and mentoring for clinic staff

     Coordinates and communicates across clinics and shares best practices with peers
     Implementation of new services in the clinics
     Assist in the development of new clinics as needed
     Participation in community events and marketing initiatives
     Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    MUST be a licensed Nurse Practioner.

    Proven organizational and negotiation skills

     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     Proven track record of success in a leadership role
     Energetic and eager to manage multiple activities and priorities
     Strong conflict resolutions skills
     Knowledge and expertise on the markets where Fast Pace has a presence
     Ability to travel overnight as needed and work extended hours during clinic openings
