De Novo Marketing Project Coordinator will ensure all marketing related tasks for new clinic openings are being completed in a timely manner to keep De Novo projects running smoothly. This includes assigning work items to various marketing team members and ensuring the work is completed correctly and on time, ordering equipment and supplies for the clinics, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments with various local groups, e.g. chamber, rotary club, PTA boards, etc.. This position will also support identify new and innovative ways to help the Marketing team drive customers into newly built clinics, reach revenue goals, acquire and retain customers to meet both our financial and marketing goals and differentiate the brand while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish & manage relationships with development team, stat team, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ability to work with project management tool(s) and execute each phase of a project life cycle.
  • Execute the integrated marketing strategy with regional focus across our clinics.
  • Ensuring branded content, marketing materials, campaigns, and programs are accurately represented in clinic before opening.
  • Assist with marketing projects to ensure specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop monthly/quarterly/annual marketing strategies for new clinic openings; ensure alignment with other marketing initiatives including timing, format and content.
  • Ensure that creative, programs, in-clinic marketing materials, and digital signage align with strategies from a marketing campaign and brand presentation before a clinic is opened.
  • Meet with cross-functional team to review business results against projections and plans to inform future decisions.
  • Support financial strategies by utilizing historical performance, current trend analysis, market research and cross-functional feedback in partnership with corporate lead.
  • Maintenance of daily/weekly tracking of business/creative results; understands impact of marketing programs and communicate findings.
  • Develops weekly communication to the corporate team regarding applicable marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Build and maintain continuous dialogue with corporate marketing manager to align project synergies.
  • For all initiatives, ensure resources are in place, budgets are optimized, and projects are managed efficiently, flawlessly and on time; partner with corporate lead and cross functional/regional peers.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

  • Computer proficiency (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability or aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
  • Bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent a plus
  • 3+ year’s experience in project or activities coordinator role.
  • Experience with a project management tool such as Wrike
  • Some travel required

Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
